Bhrett (she/her) uses a range of modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamics, mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, and the Strengths Perspective. Bhrett is passionate about creating a safe and empathic environment for individuals in order to foster healing and self-empowerment.

Bhrett strives to meet people where they are at and empower individuals to make changes within their lives. She has experience with mental health, substance use, loss and grief, and interpersonal relationships/conflicts. In a therapeutic relationship, she values down-to-earth communication, humor when appropriate, and authenticity.
