Grace (she/her) earned her Master’s degree in Counseling and Guidance at New York University. Grace has worked in several nonprofit organizations where she provided counseling to clients who have experienced trauma. The clientele she counseled were domestic and foreign-born trauma survivors from diverse sociocultural identities.

Grace’s therapeutic style is empathetic, accepting, flexible, and genuine. She employs a trauma-informed, strengths-based, and anti-racist lens, specializing in trauma (including racial trauma), anxiety, depression, social anxiety, acculturation stress, and racial identity. Grace’s psychotherapeutic interventions are based on an integrative approach of insight-oriented, behavior-modifying, and supportive therapy. Grace provides therapy from a person-centered and relational-cultural approach using a range of treatment modalities such as a psychodynamic perspective, cognitive-behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, crisis intervention, mindfulness, and psychoeducation.

Grace continues to be committed to helping individuals learn how to manage any difficulties that may come their way. Grace believes in taking a collaborative approach to helping clients reach their goals.
