Ilsa (she/her) is passionate about working alongside people living with anxiety & depression, couples, and people who struggle with perfectionism, life transitions and self-esteem. Her approach to therapy is holistic, using a variety of modalities such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic, inner child work, and narrative therapy. Ilsa also holds a Meditation certification from the Path and incorporates meditations and other mindfulness exercises into sessions when appropriate.

“Something that once created a sense of safety and consistency in childhood may not be an effective way of coping in adulthood.” Ilsa will support clients through exploring aspects of their lives that don’t seem to be working anymore.
