Katie’s (she/her) therapeutic approach is integrative, authentic, and responsive to the needs of each client. In her practice, she pulls from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT).

Katie is passionate about working with individuals who have experienced trauma and she considers her therapeutic approach to be trauma informed. Additionally, she specializes in working with individuals with depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, addiction, and relationship difficulties. Katie believes that creating a safe and nonjudgmental space for clients is of the utmost importance in helping clients clarify and achieve their goals.
