“I make it a priority to ensure there is consistency, understanding, and active listening at the center of each therapeutic relationship.”

Katie (she/her) is a warm and supportive therapist who believes in a collaborative approach to therapy that is strengths based and psychodynamic in nature. She pulls from multiple modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) that create solutions-focused outcomes for clients.

Katie’s prior career in a corporate setting created a foundation for understanding how therapy can move along a person’s personal and professional goals, identify and respond to burnout, and motivate change in daily life. Katie has experience working with a variety of populations with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, medical fear, and challenges associated with parenthood.
