“My hope is that through our work together, you will find a new sense of clarity and understanding that will empower you to create change.”

Lana (she/her) works from a strength-based, person-centered perspective and utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and psychodynamic methods to personalize therapy for each client. Lana has worked with clients who struggle with depressive and anxiety disorders, ADHD, and Autism Spectrum Disorders. Her history also includes supporting individuals involved with the Administration of Children’s Services (ACS) and mentoring and counseling adolescents and college students.

Although her own immigration experience allows her unique insights into the impact of discrimination and oppression, she approaches every relationship with an open mind and a learner’s spirit. Lana aims to understand what brings you to therapy and will work collaboratively to support you in achieving your treatment goals.
