“I am constantly impressed by the resilience and inner strength that clients possess and am honored to play a role in their journey of self-discovery.”

Natalie (she/her) is in the final year of her MSW degree. Natalie believes in the importance of co-creating a space where clients can safely explore challenges and discover strengths. She takes a curiosity-driven perspective that highlights clients’ abilities to process their experiences and improve their daily lives.

Natalie has a passion for working with young adults, recognizing that having the right person in your corner during those critical years can make all the difference. She also recognizes that there is no “one-size-fits-all” approach to mental health and draws on aspects of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapies, mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing, among other modalities, to tailor her approach to the unique needs of each client. Natalie is respectful of the expert knowledge each client has when it comes to their own experiences and welcomes opportunities to develop goals and treatment planning as a collaborative effort.
