At the cross-section of mental health, feminism, and navigating intersectional identities as a minority woman, Simran (she/her) strives to create a safe and welcoming space for individuals of all backgrounds and identities through culturally sensitive and LGBTQI+ friendly approaches.

Simran takes a holistic approach to therapy including mindfulness and meditation. She is trained in multiple theories such as humanistic theory and relational-cultural theory. She also draws from narrative therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectic behavioral therapy, interpersonal and social rhythm therapy, and trauma informed therapy. She offers counseling services in English, Hindi and Gujarati.
