Emma (she/her) believes that the therapeutic alliance is the foundation of therapy. She is committed to working collaboratively with clients to foster their exploration and growth. Dedicated to tailoring therapy to each client’s unique needs, Emma believes in empowering individuals throughout the process. She aims to provide a warm, non-judgmental space where clients can freely explore their thoughts and feelings.
Emma integrates relational and psychodynamic approaches, as well as mindfulness into her practice to support individuals to better understand themselves and achieve their goals. Her background includes working with clients, particularly teens and young adults, navigating a range of challenges such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, and life transitions. Emma earned her MSW from NYU Silver School of Social Work and holds a BA in Psychology from Dickinson College.
