"Healing takes courage, and we all have courage, even if we have to dig a little to find it." - Tori Amos

Morgan (she/her) believes in creating a safe space where clients can heal from past adversities, discover their strengths and cultivate personal growth. She uses a trauma informed approach that acknowledges that every individual has unique experiences that they bring to the table. She takes into consideration that there is not a “one size fits all” method of therapy and she provides a client centered approach and acknowledges that the client is the expert of themselves and will tailor her approach to the needs of each client. Morgan’s practice relies on a combination of mindfulness, psychodynamic, Dialectal Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and motivational interviewing.

Morgan is in the final year of her MSW degree at the Columbia School of Social Work. Prior to starting her master’s program, Morgan was working in a residential treatment center for youth ages 10-15. She is particularly interested in working with clients overcoming various childhood traumas.
