With experience supporting individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, OCD, and ADHD, Peter tailors his approach to meet your unique needs. He focuses on setting achievable goals, ensuring you progress at a pace that feels both safe and empowering. By integrating psychodynamic principles with CBT and DBT, Peter helps clients disrupt negative patterns and build effective coping strategies.
Peter holds an MSW from NYU’s Silver School of Social Work and has extensive experience working with late adolescents and young adults. He is particularly dedicated to helping those with ADHD create meaningful changes, manage symptoms, and build fulfilling, balanced lives.
