Remy (she/her) strives to create a safe, non-judgmental space that allows the client to be their most authentic self. Her therapeutic approach is based in psychodynamic, CBT and feminist orientations, but she is flexible with her style based on the client’s needs. Remy also uses tools such as mindfulness and grounding techniques to help the client feel more connected to their mind and body.

Remy has experience supporting individuals experiencing generalized anxiety, social anxiety, chronic pain, ADHD and OCD. She also has experience helping individuals with career concerns or indecision, especially those who are working, or hope to work, in creative and artistic fields. Remy is welcoming of all genders, races, religions, sexual orientations and abilities.

Remy received her Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Fordham University, and has a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from Boston University. Prior to working in mental health, Remy lived in Los Angeles and worked in the film and television industry.
